HEDLA 2024 Poster Information

This document provides information about poster presentations.

Please consult conference program for information about a dedicated poster session. This special session will be about 2 hours long, and is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.

There are currently almost 40 poster presentations. Although there is only one poster session, posters will be available for viewing on all conference days (Monday-Friday). There will be ample opportunities to interact with poster presenters throughout the conference.

In the case you are presenting a poster, please consider the following information:

You can mount your poster starting on Sunday during the registration (5:45pm-8pm), which overlaps with the reception (6pm-8pm).
The poster presentation room -- the Opal Room -- is located on the hotel's lower level.
Poster format is 36"x48" (or about 90 cm x 120 cm).
Posters will be attached to boards using paper clips.
Boards with posters will then be placed on easels.
